Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jazwares fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
